Anyone heard of a game called Bug! help please

Playing: Sonic & the Black Knight, Pokemon Yellow

Basically, Bug! is an old Sega game made in the 90s for the Sega Saturn [link]
It was also released on PC like a year later for Windows 98. And i do have this PC version, but i wanted to install it to my Vista laptop which apparently is possible, but i can't get it working

Does anyone know how to fix it? It keeps saying the resolution is too high, but i cant get it down to 640x480 on my laptop :/ I'm confused lol, any help please? I would appreciate it so much

In other news, my boyfriend got me playing Pokemon again

i used to be a huge fan when i was younger and haven't really let go of it, but now he's borrowing my pokemon red & i'm playing yellow :3 It's FUNNNNNNNN

Shame it doesn't play on my DS

Also kinda having trouble at school with my ICT coursework, the ICT department at my school is sooooo RUBBISH!!! I could rant about it but i'll hold myself back

I remember seeing that game in the shops in my childhood. It was kinda like sonic hey?
Maybe try turning the direct X acceleration down?
I only got vista when i got my new laptop a few weeks ago, so i still new to it. I dont know how to turn it down on vista, only xp >_<
The only other thing i can think of is right clicking on the game file and setting it to run in win 95 mode (if you can still do it that way on vista >_< )Otherwise you will have to do some searching in control panel for settings for changing it.
Are you able to install it or wont it let you? Or does it try to start up the game and just crash?

Yeah! I loved that game, though i could never beat the 2nd level XD I was very young :3
Hmm, i'll have a look on my laptop to do that then, never done it myself but i'll try ^^ Thanks very much!

Oh yeah i've tried that, it works up to the title but then it cuts out

I can't get to the 1st level, so i know it's something on the laptop stopping it work
